The following is my review from selecting and working with Tracy Yamato as my real estate agent for the recent sale of my Hawaii property. I could not be happier with the real estate services received in working with Tracy Yamato from prior to listing to close. Tracy took the initiative to enter my home while I was away, obtained an excellent handyman to do minor but important work to prepare my home for going onto the market and for needed granite cleaning/polishing of master bathroom countertop important for the sale and beautifying of my home. He then took a lot of time and added beautiful decor items to my existing furniture which attracted many prospective buyers to my home for showings immediately upon photographing and listing. Tracy is very talented in home decor and with colors, which I appreciated as it maximized my home's beauty and market value. He is, also, very efficient and always available in taking care of multiple matters that arise, which minimize the stress involved in selling a home. Tracy, also, was right on target with range of sales prices, and his lowest price quoted for my property was higher than another agent's highest price. I write this with great pleasure. Tracy Yamato possess the depth of experience and wealth of knowledge that’s invaluable in today’s ever changing and challenging real estate market. Tracy represented me on the sale of a condominium in Honolulu. While acting as my agent, he proved himself to be diligent, creative, and dedicated in marketing my property. He is a true professional with exceptional local knowledge. Before listing the property for sale, we had several pre-sales meetings and planning sessions. I've been a client of Tracy's since 2001 with several purchases and sales of real estate. He's always been an amazing realtor with a great understanding of the Honolulu market, good insights, and excellent and prompt communicator. But he really out did himself with my last condo sale in March 2018. He did a spectacular job of staging my rental property. When I saw the photos, it looked like they were photos from some home and design magazine. He went above and beyond by helping to get contractors to fix things needing repairs (and done at below market rates), getting the unit staged and ready for market quickly, and finding tenants to temporarily occupy the unit while it was being sold. There was another similar unit (with same floor plan) being sold a few floors up from me. But even though the price of the higher unit was similar, many prospective buyers were interested in my property more, which I credit to the staging. So in the end the buyer bought my unit, even though a higher unit was similarly priced. I highly recommend Tracy as a real estate broker. You will not be disappointed.
